PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully increase at reduced cost not only the tensile strength but also the shear strength and flexural strength of a reinforcing member for faces of slope and natural ground. SOLUTION: This torsion reinforcing member 10 is buried in a face of slope 20 with the upper end of the member connected to a slope frame or a precast support plate 40 or the like so that the slope frame or the precast support frame 40 or the like, constructed or installed on the face of slope 20 for a sprayed slope frame, is fixed on the face of slope 20. The torsion reinforcing member 10 comprises a tension member 11 formed of reinforcement or the like in an approximately linear shape, and a torsion member 12 formed of reinforcement or the like which is twisted along a gentle curve to extend along the outer peripheral surface of the tension member 11.
