PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body structure capable of eliminating a level difference from a quay, eliminating inclination of a road, increasing a movable allowable load, saving energy for installing construction and reducing cost and an installing method of the same floating body structure. SOLUTION: The floating body structure furnished with an upper surface deck and a floating body to support the upper surface deck is devised to be suspended between the quays by providing ballast parts by connecting them to the upper surface deck and the floating body on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the structure and pinning the ballast parts on eye plates provided in installing grooves formed on the quays. Additionally, it is devised to install the both end parts of the structure by connecting and fixing them in the installing grooves formed on the quays and making a central part in the longitudinal direction upward and in a protruded shape by buoyancy.
