PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high corrosion resistance while generating no trace of electrodes in an electrodeposition coating film. SOLUTION: A jig 22 with a plurality of annular rare earth magnet stocks 14 hanging therefrom is fitted to a solution storage tank 16 with an electrodeposition solution 12 stored in an attachable/detachable manner. A plurality of L-shaped hanging pieces 26 comprising a supporting part extending forward in a substantially horizontal direction and a regulation part folded upwardly substantially at a right angle and formed on a tip of the supporting part are protruded in the width direction and in the vertical direction at predetermined intervals, and the rare earth magnet stocks 14 are hung from the supporting part of each hanging piece 26 in a rotatable manner. The jig 22 fitted to the solution storage tank 16 is connected to an air cylinder 30, and the jig 22 is horizontally reciprocated in a predetermined range when urged by the cylinder 30 in the forward/reverse direction to give the oscillation.
