PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation and cracking from being caused by a differential on a coefficient of thermal expansion between a metallic outer skin and an inorganic surface decorative material, enable the danger of disengagement to be eliminated even in the case of long-term use, and shorten the time to finish off the inorganic surface decorative material. SOLUTION: A thermal insulating material 3 is interposed between the paired metallic outer skins 1 and 2. The inorganic surface decorative material 6 is disposed in the outer surface of a sandwich panel 7 wherein a projecting fitting part 4 is installed at one end in a longitudinal direction and a recessed part 5 to be fitted, which can be connected with the fitting part 4, is installed at the other end. Fixing means 13 for fixing the decorative material 6 to sandwich panel 7 are disposed at intervals in a plurality of sections of the decorative material 6.
