PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make receivable various charged and free information including version-up information of the contents even in the middle of movement on a vehicle. SOLUTION: The charged and free information offered to an information offering center 1 from a VICS center 2, an entertainment content provider 3, various IPs 4 or the other public institutions are controlled by a computer, and are connected to a computer information control device of the information offering center 1 by communicating with a radio wave type beacon 6 installed in a parking garage by an on-vehicle machine 9 loaded on the vehicle 8 of a user, and when requiring desired information, the computer searches corresponding information, and transmits the information to the on-vehicle machine 9 by the radio wave type beacon 6. |
