SOLUTION: Selling shops send price information of their own products and services to a lowest-cost purchase center server 30 through a selling shop terminal 20 to preliminarily register these information in a product and service price database 40. When the ordering person transmits information of a product or a service, which he or she desires to purchase, to the lowest-cost purchase center server 30 through a user terminal 1 and the Internet 100, the server 30 retrieves the product and service price database 40 to determine the selling shop, which has set the lowest price, and transmits the selling shop and price information to the user terminal 10, and the ordering person transmits ordering person information for the product or the service to the server 30 in accordance with these selling shops and price information, and ordering person information is transmitted from the server 30 to the pertinent selling shop terminal 20, and the product or the service is sent from the selling shop to the ordering person. |
