PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology open system which can easily prove originality and inhibits the realization of exclusive right by a third person, which is not originally to be allowed, on an idea which does not require exclusive right and a business style which is performed at present. SOLUTION: In the idea open device 10, multiple contents including an idea whose open is desired are published in a prescribed site opened on the Internet 1. The device is provided wit a transmission part 20 transmitting confirmation information where a prescribed agreement term is mentioned to an accessing terminal when the access of the publishing desire of the contents is performed from the terminal 5 connected to the Internet, and an open part 30 giving an actual publishing date to the contents transmitted from the terminal 5 when the response of effect for agreeing to the agreement term of the confirmation information transmitted from the terminal 5 and opening the contents to which the date is given to the site. |
