PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which automatically give notice of repair completion to a customer requesting the repair. SOLUTION: A data acquisition part 24 downloads information regarding the product having been repaired from a repair DB 11 to a transmission DB 29. Data on the product having been repaired on a specified repair completion day are extracted from the transmission DB 29 and a message of notice of repair completion that a message generation part 26 generates is sent to the customer. A transmitting means sends the message through telephone, FAX, or electronic mail. |
