<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a packing material of a steel product at a low cost, and to prevent a wasteful use of the packing material as resources. SOLUTION: When the packing material mainly consisting of a synthetic resin is used in packing the steel product, the used packing material produced in a place for unpacking the steel product is recycled for at least one kind of raw fuels for the steel making out of a raw fuel for a blast furnace, a raw fuel for a sintering furnace, a raw fuel for a coke furnace and a raw fuel for the steel making.</p> |
