PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device which makes it possible to change the power of a battery pack to multiple kinds of power sources. SOLUTION: The power device is constituted comprising a case having a housing part in which a battery pack is housed, a second connector inside the housing part, and a connector which is put outside the housing part and outputs the power of one power source or more. A power-source change-over circuit which is put in the case is connected to individual connectors for outputting the power sources and the second connector in the housing part respectively, converts the power of the battery pack, and outputs the power of the power sources from individual connector when the battery pack is put in the housing part and its first connector is connected to the second connector electrically.
