PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from spilling to the outside from an ink replenishing port when a guiding member is inserted in the ink replenishing port or when detached from the ink replenishing port during inserting the guiding member in the ink replenishing port of an ink cartridge and supplying the ink stored in the ink storing part of the ink cartridge through the guiding member. SOLUTION: This ink replenishing device is equipped with the ink cartridge 50 provided with the ink replenishing port 52 at the lower part of the ink storing part 51 storing the ink 2 and a guiding member 31 inserted in the ink replenishing port of the ink cartridge and guiding the ink stored in the ink storing part. Then, the device is provided with a guiding part 54 guiding the ink spilling from the ink replenishing port and a storing part 55 in which the ink guided by the guiding part is stored.
