PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report incoming to a wireless telephone set on a personal computer(PC) without having to be concerned about incoming tones to people in the around. SOLUTION: An incoming signal processor 10 is provided with a signal- detecting part 11 for detecting and amplifying an incoming response signal (a), transmitted by a wireless telephone set 1 and a signal processing part 12 for converting that received detecting signal to an incoming pulse signal and outputting it via an interface 13 to an incoming reporting device 20, and a control means 21 on the side of the incoming reporting device 20 counts the number of incoming pulse signals. When that counted value is greater than a reference value, incoming message is displayed on a reporting means (display) 22 and this incoming reporting device 20 is operated over a PC.
