PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panning and tilting camera device whose maintenance property is improved. SOLUTION: In the panning and tilting camera device having a fixing part to fix the device and a driving part which is connected to the fixing part and by which the panning operation and the tilting operation of a camera are performed when the camera is attached, it possesses a lens washing device provided with a washer nozzle arranged at the fixing part to wash the lens of the camera at the specified stop position of the camera.
