PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve high speed responsiveness and high-precise controllability especially when feedback control of a throttle valve is effected by an actuator for a motor, etc., regarding a throttle valve control device for an on-vehicle internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A reduction gear for a drive system to effect feedback control of the throttle valve by the actuator forms a light member and a low slide resistance member. Thus, high-speed responsiveness and high-precise controllability when functions, such as ISC(idle speed control), FIC(first idle control), and ASCD(auto speed control device), etc., are controlled.
