PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni3Al-based alloy having ductility and producible by a practical production method without adding expensive components or the like. SOLUTION: This Ni3Al-based alloy having ductility has a composition containing, by weight, 86.3 to 87.0% Ni, 12.9 to 13.7% Al and 0 to 0.1% B and has aγ' phase of plural compositions.
