PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sure control and cost reduction, without causing pressure fluctuations for avoiding temperature rise in a high-pressure section during heating operation and temperature drop in a low-pressure section during cooling operation, when capacity at rated operation of a compressor is larger than that of an indoor heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A discharge-suction motor-operated valve (142) for regulating refrigerant flow rate is provided between a discharge pipe of the compressor (101) and a suction pipe of an accumulator (105). The discharge-suction motor- operated valve (142) is controlled, in such a manner as to make the suction pressure of the compressor (101) at cooling operation to be not lower than a prescribed value. |
