ROBOT APPLIANCE FOR PAINTING ADVERTISEMENT DESIGN OF WALL

PURPOSE: A robot appliance for painting an advertisement design of a wall is provided to minimize the labor by automating a coloring process of an advertisement design on the wall of a large building. CONSTITUTION: The robot appliance for painting an advertisement design of a wall comprises a crane(10) for supporting a rope(14) in a liftable condition; a frame(20) fixed to the lower end of the rope with being movable upward and downward; an adsorption fan(30) for generating a vacuum pressure; an adsorption block(36) fixed to the both ends of the frame together with a vacuum pad(38); an injection head(40) movable installed to the frame for spraying a paint via an injector(46); a lifting device(50) installed to the end of the crane to lift the rope; a pneumatic device(60) for sending air to the injection head; and a controller(70) for controlling a painting work according to a desired order by actuating the adsorption fan, the injection head, the lifting device, and the pneumatic device. The adsorption block has a venturi tube(36a) for forming the vacuum pressure in the vacuum pad.
