PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a door and a door frame is provided to soundproof and fireproof dually by interposing a buffer cushion to a groove on the side of a door frame. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a door and a door frame comprises a door(100) coupled by a front plate(10) and a rear plate(20), and a door frame(60) whose one end is fixed with a handle(120) of a door and the other end is provided with a movable groove(40-2), wherein a stepped buffer member(50) is fitted to a groove(30) of the rear of a door wing and inserted to grooves(40, 40-1) of both door frames in contact with the rear plate(20) to absorb sound and to prevent fire when coupling a door and a door frame.
