PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image abnormality discriminating mechanism which can make more appropriate abnormality discrimination and detection, by more accurately classifying the objects to be detected and the objects which are not to be detected. SOLUTION: This image abnormality mechanism uses a computer, which sets an extent to be detected in the image area of an image acquired by means of an image acquisition means and a plurality of divisions to be detected in the extent to be detected, acquires the relation between the luminance values of the divisions to be detected at a first time, by acquiring the luminance values and the relational value between the luminance values of the divisions at a second point of time through acquiring of the luminance values, and a discrimination value which indicates the variation between the relational values at the first and second points of time, and discriminates abnormality by comparing the discrimination value with a threshold. |
