PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problems of an electronic emission lamp used for lighting the underwater in the underwater work for example which is dangerous to the worker handling the lamp to which high voltage electricity is supplied, and is expensive at the cost of severe seal for preventing electric leakage. SOLUTION: Many LEDs are fixed to slender electronic substrate in almost the same direction, the electronic substrate is put into a slender transparent cylinder, and a space between the cylinder and the electric substrate is integratedly filled with a filler of transparent synthetic resin to prevent electric leakage. |
