PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution that suppresses a lowering of radiation performance of an antenna, to improve the detecting sensitivity of a sensor electrode without enlarging a door handle and to take a low-cost waterproofing measure for the sensor electrode. SOLUTION: A system 1 is provided with a door handle 2 for opening/closing a vehicle door 3, and the antenna 10 disposed in the door handle to transmit an ID request signal to a person who opens/closes the vehicle door 3. In this case, the sensor electrode 19 of approximately U-shape is disposed in opposition to the antenna 10 so as not to disturb the radiation characteristic of the antenna.
