PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the production process building method/system which can build a PCB production process applying the latest technology with high efficiency and at a low cost. SOLUTION: This method/system includes a process A to specify an individual process that needs its modification according to the technological innovation among those individual processes making up a PCB production process, a process B to contrive a new process in place of the specified individual process and to produce the plans about a manufacturing device that attains the new process and a production process using the manufacturing device, a process C to present the plans of the process B to a device maker and to accept adoption of these plans from the device maker, a process D to supply the detailed specifications of the manufacturing device concerning its plan to the device maker that has adopted the plan, a process E to make the manufacturing device maker receive the detailed specifications of the manufacturing device production and deliver the manufacturing device, and a process F to set the operating conditions of the manufacturing device by means of the delivered manufacturing device and to build a new production process using the manufacturing device.
