SOLUTION: The procedure managing system as a server 1 manages the procedure for the specified matter of an application and registration, being connected to the management requester terminal 4 through a network 5. The system is provided with a matter management information storage means 15 where matter management information on a specific matter is registered by the time, a certifying means 7 certifying whether the requester is qualified or not prior to the opening of matter management information to the requester terminal 4, and a matter management information opening means 9 obtaining matter management information on the matter inquired by the requester via the matter management information storage means 15 and opening it to the requester terminal 4 when the certifying means 7 has certified the requester. |
