PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for permitting only an intended opposite side can safely receive a certificate from a certificate service provider and to provide a method for commissioning to ask for the issuing of the certificate. SOLUTION: A consumer card device 200 sends a certificate reception permit and a certificate acquisition permit, which include a certificate name or the like, to a store device 300 being a transaction opposite side as a certificate acquisition permit issuing response 520 with respect to a certificate acquisition permit issuing request 510 from the store device 300. The store device 300 sends the certificate reception permit and certificate acquisition permit to the certificate service provider device 100 as a certificate acquisition request 503. When the certificate is kept, the certificate service provider device 100 ciphers it by a store public key and sends it to the store device 300. When the relevant certificate cannot be detected, the certificate is acquired from a certificate issuing organization device 400, the acquired certificate is added to a certificate data base to be sent to the store device 300 as a certificate acquisition response 540. |
