PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication environment wherein a trader opens a user participation type Internet site and a user is automatically charge as long as information is referred to and provided. SOLUTION: This communication system 1 allows the gas trader 7 to open a cooking site 17 on the Internet. The user 3 provides his or her original recipe 25 for the gas trader 7 and charged by subtracting the 'recipe providing charge' from his or her ordinary gas charge when the recipe is employed for the cooking site 17, so that the charge is withdrawn from a financial company. A user 5 downloads the recipe 19 and charged by adding the 'recipe use charge' to the ordinary gas charge, so that the charge is withdrawn from a financial institution.
