METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSCRIBING VOICE MAIL MESSAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a request which is thought for a long time in the conventional technology by using a speech recognition system with speaker recognition technology together with a computer based voice mail system. SOLUTION: This method for transcribing a voice mail message comprises plural steps having a step to provide a computer voice mail message stored in an audio file to a computer voice recognition system first and a step to request processing to the computer voice mail message to a speaker identification process in the speech recognition system second. Especially, the speaker identification process can identify a registered speaker as a source of the computer voice mail message.
