<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee shareholding association paperwork system which can reduce the paperwork burdens of both an employee shareholding association secretariat and a securities company. SOLUTION: This system includes a member equity information storage part 22 which stores the equity information on members, a member application reception part 27 which receives various types of application of members, a temporary processing data generation part 28 which accumulates various types of applications of members and generates the temporary processing data 12, a work contact table preparation/presentation part 29 which prepares a work contact table from the data 21 and presents the table to an employee shareholding association, a processing data definition part 30 which defines the data 21 as the processing data 23 according to a work instruction given from the employee shareholding association, a purchase processing part 31 which purchases its own stocks of the employee shareholding association on the basis of the data 23 and an equity information updating part 32 which updates each of member equity data 19 in response to the purchase processing result of the part 31.</p> |
