<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a house building plan that is understandable to a customer, to develop a housing commodity having high demand for a hosing maker and also to quickly select a planned commodity. SOLUTION: A hosing plan information are collected by means of a bulletin board where the housing investigators write the requests about their plans in free sentence forms. The collected housing information are decoded in word and the word appearing most frequently is extracted among words and the commodity related to the extracted word appearing most frequently is selected as a planning commodity. The selected planning commodity is notified to the housing makers and housing investigators to start a commodity development site for making arrangements about a joint plan. Thus, a desired housing commodity is jointly built.</p> |
