PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for carrying a strip-like lead frame by which carrying is performed, without causing yield decline by falling or the like, maintainability is satisfactory, and time and labor are not required for the work. SOLUTION: In this carrying method for carrying the strip-like lead frame in a processing line, the strip-like lead frame is stuck to a continuous belt-like tape with an adhesive material on the line upstream side and the strip-like lead frame is carried by being moved along the continuous belt-like tape with the adhesive material moved into a stretched belt shape to the line downstream side. The strip-like lead frame is carried for a prescribed range, and the continuous belt-like tape with the adhesive material is peeled off from the strip-like lead frame. Further, as the tape with the adhesive material, the tape whose adhesive power becomes weak by being irradiated with ultraviolet rays or the tape, whose adhesive power becomes weak by being heated, is used. |
