PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple cool insulation built up container, capable of efficiently spreading cold air of a cooling material mounted in the container to overall content of the container. SOLUTION: The simple cool insulation assembling container comprises a pallet 6, a bottom plate 10 mounted on the pallet 6 and having a heat insulator 40 for the bottom wall at an inside, a plurality of side plates 20, 22, 24 and 26 mounted capable of being assembled on the pallet 6 to form a housing space therein and having heat insulators 46 and 48 for the inner wall at an inside, and an upper cover 30 blocking detachably the upper part opening and having heat insulators 42 and 44 for the cover at an inside. In the container, a net 50 for housing the cooling material is mounted at the inside of the cover 30 via a heat insulator for the cover, and a plurality of cold air passing grooves 45, extended in a vertical direction, are formed on an inner surface of the insulator 46 for each inner wall.
