<p>Described are methods for screening inducers of genes involved in drug metabolization. In particular, an in vitro cell based assay is provided with cells derived from the cell line LS174T. Described are also methods for identifying and obtaining drugs for therapy of disorders related to the expression of the cytochrome P450 (CYP), gene family. Furthermore, kits suitable for such methods are provided.</p> |
