PURPOSE: Provided are medicinal herbal healthy drinks using Acanthopanacis cortex and pumpkin, and its manufacturing method, thereby contributing to one's health and agricultural income. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: mixing 3-7 kg of pumpkin, 300g of Acanthopanacis cortex, 100g of ginger and 50g of licorice root then pre-treating the mixture, such as washing and peeling; adding 2 L of water to the mixture; extracting it at 80-100 deg.C for 1-5 hours; filtering the extract with hemp cloth; and vacuum-packing the filtrate with triple aluminum-pet packing paper.
