PURPOSE: A thermal preserving device for food is provided to easily install a side glass between the side posts of a door and back-column, a rear glass between back pillars, and the glass of a door. It is provided to improve stability of those glasses and to divert into a steamer for food using rack by removing a door stop from the side posts of a door of built-in type. CONSTITUTION: A thermal preserving device is composed of a pair of the side posts of a door(2) combined with the front column being opposite in front corner of the top of the plane square cooking fireplace(1); back-columns(3) built in the back corner to be the same with the side posts of a door(2) in length; the roof(4) to be able to indicate trade name and label on top of the side posts of a door(2) and back-column(3); side glasses(5) between the sides posts of a door(3) and the back-column; a rear glass(6) between back-columns; hinged door(9) to fit the axis(11a,11b) projected up and down from one side of the top and bottom into the hole for axis(10) bored through the board of the cooking fireplace(1) near the side posts of a door(2) from the bottom of the roof(4); an upper fixed member(7) and a lower fixed member(8) to support by fitting the upper side and the lower side of a side glass in the hole between the upper side of the side posts of a door(2) and the lower side of the back-column(3).
