PURPOSE: A secondhand goods electronic commerce system using an Internet web site and an operation method therefor are provided so that purchasers can purchase secondhand goods with a reliable price, by calculating a standard price of the goods according to a repair estimate based on state evaluation of a seller and a repair estimate based on state evaluation of an appraiser group. CONSTITUTION: An operation server(300-1) is composed of a member management module(300-1a), a state evaluation management module(300-1b), a repair expense calculation module(300-1c), a goods reference price calculation module(300-1d), a selling price calculation module(300-1e), a selling information selection module(300-1f), a purchasing information selection module(300-1g), a purchasing predicted goods mediation module(300-1h) and a control module(300-1i). In addition, the operation server(300-1) is connected to a database server(300-3) through a script(300-2) such as JAVA, CGI, PHP3, tcl/tk and ASP. On the other hand, the database server(300-3) includes a member information database(300-3a), a state evaluation database(300-3b), a repair estimate database(300-3c), a goods reference price database(300-3d), a selling price database(300-3e), a selling contents database(300-3f) and a purchasing contents database(300-3g).
