PURPOSE: A method for managing a web site bulletin board is provided to manage a bulletin board by enabling a user or web site administrator to restrict a period and/or reading number of the bulletins and automatically delete the bulletins over the period and/or reading number. CONSTITUTION: When a user uploads a bulletin on a bulletin board, the user determines whether to restrict a period of the bulletin(S11). When the user decides not to set up the period of the bulletin, a web site administrator deletes the bulletin after a predetermined period. The user sets up the period of the bulletin(S12). When the user finishes setting up the period of the bulletin, the user uploads the bulletin including the period(S13). The web site administrator automatically checks up the bulletin board at a predetermined time interval(S14). The web site administrator confirms whether a current time is a time for checking up the bulletin board(S15). When the current time is the time for checking up the bulletin board, the web site administrator confirms a valid period field of the bulletin(S16). Thereafter, the web site administrator confirms a deletion date of the bulletin(S17). The web site administrator deletes the corresponding bulletin in the deletion date(S18).
