PURPOSE: An inkjet print head is provided to solve problems in processes by simplifying the manufacturing process of an inkjet print head. CONSTITUTION: A couple of heaters(104) connected with electrodes(102) are mounted on a substrate. Plural pads(101) for power connection are formed at the ends of each electrode. If power terminals are contacted to the pads, the heaters are powered on to generate heat. A nozzle plate(110) having plural orifices(111) is mounted on the substrate. An ink-filling space is formed between the nozzle plate and the substrate. The ink-filling space is filled with ink supplied through an ink inlet port. Plural protrusions(112a,112b,112c) are prepared integrally from the nozzle plate. The protrusions are arranged regularly with a specific gap(D) to be used as a partition(112) for forming a chamber(120) inside the orifices. Ink is supplied through the ink inlet port to fill the ink-filling space. If an electric current is fed to the heaters through the electrode, the heaters generate heat to form bubbles in the chamber. Thereby, the pressure increases to discharge an ink droplet out of the orifices.
