PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and highly reliably acquire information on a fraudulent vehicle without forcing a much burden on a person in charge, and to secure the evidence of the acquired information. SOLUTION: A camera 4 successively picks up an area including the front of a tollgate booth in a prescribed period. A control processing part 7 successively stores plural image data picked up by the camera 4 in a temporary storage part 8 for a prescribed time up to present time. The person in charge in the toll gate booth recognizes a vehicle as the fraudulent vehicle when the vehicle passes through the front of the booth without properly paying a charge, and pushes down a push-button switch 6. The control processing part 7 stores the respective plural image data picked up by the camera 4 in a data storage part 9 from the temporary storage part 8 over a period decided on the basis of time when receiving a signal from the push-button switch 6. |
