PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor dryer and an underfloor drying system as well as a method for drying underfloor, capable of effectively drying in underfloor with a simple constitution and exterminating an insect, such as termites or the like under the floor. SOLUTION: The underfloor dryer comprises an outdoor unit 10 of an air conditioner, and an auxiliary outdoor heat exchanger 27 connected in parallel with an outdoor heat exchanger 3 of the unit 10. The exchanger 27 is disposed in a ventilating hole 33 of the underfloor of a building, and the conditioner is operated to cool, the air of an underfloor space 32 is warmed and dried by the exchanger 27 which operates as a condenser. |
