PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device or the like, that is suitable for objective evaluation of the signal transmission quality of a signal transmission medium with high accuracy, so as to be correlated with subjective evaluation. SOLUTION: A transmission section 102 of the evaluation device 101 transmits a reference signal 111 to a signal transmission medium 151, and a reception section 103 receives a test signal from the signal transmission medium 151 and outputs the test signal 112. A comparison section 104 obtains a ratio 114 of a power 131 of the reference signal 111 to a power 132 of the test signal 112, a correction section 105 obtains a correction signal 113 from the test signal 112 according to the ratio 114 and an evaluation section 106 which compares the reference signal 111 with the correction signal 113, to evaluate the signal respectively quality of the signal transmission medium 151. |
