PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device that segments a line in a programmable logic device having a redundant circuit configuration. SOLUTION: The programmable logic device includes 1st logic array blocks. Each of the 1st logic array blocks include 1st logic array blocks and 2nd logic array blocks, a 1st programmable wire line that is coupled with a segmentation buffer and programmably coupled with the 1st logic array blocks, and a 2nd programmable wire line that are coupled with the segmentation buffer and programmably coupled with the 2nd logic array blocks.
