PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base sequence affinity retrieving method and a base sequence affinity retrieval system for efficiently analyzing the affinity with the known base sequence, on the basis of the measured data of breakage length due to a restriction enzyme. SOLUTION: A theoretical value calculating part 11 generates breakage length theoretical value data 23 representing the length for a breakage piece, based on restriction enzyme data 21 representing the breakage position by the restriction enzyme and amplified base sequence data 22b representing the base sequence of a known gene. Breakage length measured value data 25 has breakage length, based on an electrophoretic image, etc., using a sample breakage with the restriction enzyme. A comparison part 13 performs cluster analysis, using the similarity of a breakage length distribution with a method, such as a non-weighted connection method on the basis of the theoretical value data 23 and the measured value data 25 and generates analysis result data 27. A displaying part 15 displays graphically the analysis results with a tree diagram, etc. |
