PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process document, while automatically selecting the data of a proper document format in accordance with a user, the machine kind of a user terminal, document attributes and a reference history, when the data are registered in one document in a plurality of document format. SOLUTION: Document format information and user information are stored to be made to correspond to each other. When a document processing request is received from the user, the document which is the object of the processing request is outputted in a corresponding document format, on the basis of format information corresponding to the user information concerned in the user.
