PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber foot device which may be stably installed to an installation place narrower than a case of an electronic musical instrument without damaging this case. SOLUTION: The rubber foot device having a plurality of rubber feet 9 at a base surface 8 of the case 3 of the electronic musical instrument 1 is provided with moving means 11 for moving the rubber feet in the longitudinal direction of the case. The moving means comprise mounting holes 12 which are disposed by plural pieces per each of the respective rubber feet and mounting shafts 13 which are fitted into the mounting holes disposed at the rubber feet, otherwise, the means comprise slits 14 which are formed at the base surface of the case and extend in the longitudinal direction and the mounting shafts 13 which are mounted the rubber feet and are inserted with the slits 13.
