PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange which is improved in heat and corrosion resistances and in improved heat conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger, having a heat exchange channel consisting of a plurality of annular channels that are arranged in parallel and communicate in the peripheral direction, a plurality of inflow and outflow openings, that are formed at the annular channel, so that the positions of the inflow and outflow openings in the annular channel, deviate in a peripheral direction, a plurality of communication channels for connecting the inflow opening and the outflow opening formed at different annular channels, and the supply and exhaust channels of liquid that communicate with the heat exchange channel, is covered with a heat-resistance and corrosion-resistance material, and is embedded to this sort of material. Or the heat exchange device itself is formed of such a material.
