PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil mist scattering prevention device for effectively preventing lamp black, that is generated by heating, broiling cooking, or the like from being scattered to the surrounding. SOLUTION: This oil mist scattering prevention device is provided with a body part 3, having a placement region 4 where a heater 20 is placed, and a duct-like body 2 having a first projection part 6 that is provided at one end of the body part 3 and a second projecting part 12, that is provided at the other end of the body part 3. A suction part 13 is provided at the second projecting part 12, a spiral blower 8 is arranged at a blowing part 7, and at the same time, a suction machine 16 for feeding the sucked air to the blowing part 7 is arranged in the duct-like body 2. Air from the blowing part 7 turns into spiral flow by the operation of the spiral blower 8, passes through the upper portion of the placement region 4, and is sucked by the suction part 13, and is returned to the blowing part 7 through the inside of the duct-like body 2.
