PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house with a parking garage allowed to secure the parking garage exclusive to respective houses in a limited site of the apartment house. SOLUTION: This apartment house 2 is provided with a parking shelf part 4 allowed to arrange the parking garage Pm-n exclusive to respective dwelling units allowed to park vehicles V in a position faced to a porch Dm-n of the respective dwelling units Hm-n (m indicates the floor, and n indicates the respective dwelling units) of the whole floors. A stacker crane 8 for moving between a warehousing-delivery station 18 arranged on the ground and the parking garage Pm-n arranged in the parking shelf part and exclusive to the prescribed dwelling units Hm-n of the prescribed floor, is attached to the apartment building along the parking shelf part.
