PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain electromagnetic shielding which is excellent in appearance and durability, and implemented easily and at a low cost, by employing an electrically conductive mesh and a floor coating material. SOLUTION: An electromagnetically shielding material mesh 2 is laid on floor concrete 1, and thereafter the floor coating material 3 is applied thereto. Alternatively, the floor concrete 1 is coated with the floor coating material 3, and thereafter the mesh-type electromagnetically shielding material 2 is embedded in the floor coating material. In addition, a floor finishing material may be laid on the floor coating material 3 by bonding the same.
