PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material which can continuously cover a floor and a wall so as not to form a gap at a corner between the floor and the wall. SOLUTION: The floor material 1 is formed of a linoleum material and it is used by bending an end portion 1a thereof. Then, a threadlike carrier on a rear surface of a bent portion 3 is removed, and a reinforcing material 5 is stuck to a portion in the rear surface, from which the threadlike carrier is removed. The reinforcing material 5 has incisions formed therein.
