PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer also used for an insert, having a new structure for realizing the efficiency in constructing a concrete slab and the improvement of safety in work. SOLUTION: The spacer also used for the insert is constituted as follows: a strut part 3 is longitudinally mounted on the upper part of the center of a seating face disc part 4 installed on a form panel; and a female screw body 5, whereinto a suspending bolt is screwed, is fitted for integration from an opening at the upper end of the strut part 3 into a longitudinal hole part 31 within the strut part 3 in such a manner that a bearing part 6 at the upper end of the screw body 5 has a slab bar supported in the position at a height corresponding to the prescribed thickness A of cover concrete.
