PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of obtaining moldings having an excellent low-temperature impact strength and a good appearance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition includes (A) a polyester resin, (B) a composite rubber based graft copolymer obtained by graft polymerizing one or more kind of vinyl monomers to a composite rubber comprising a polyorganosiloxane component and a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate and (C) a rubber like polymer.
